ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This fun seminar is for anyone who wants to learn how to successfully lead a team in today’s challenging marketplace.  Attendees will learn the difference between “Leadership” and “Management,” and how understanding that difference can make all the difference.  Some of topics addressed will be the role of trust, how to handle failure, and tips for encouraging proper employee behavior.   If you would like your team to go to an entirely new level of high performance, you cannot miss this impactful session.

COST
