The cost of the luncheon is $30 per person. You may mail payment to MVLTCA P.O. Box 216 Dayton, OH 45409 or pay at the door.  Please RSVP to Andrea Haschart at ahaschart@earthlink.net by Wednesday, December 2, 2009.

 

You may bring a door prize donation that will be raffled off at the end of the program.


We will also be collecting cash donations for THE FOOD BANK.
