New Reservation/Cancellation Policy

 

Early Bird Registration is by 12:00 Noon the Wednesday before a program.  Please make your reservation by this day and time.

 

Late Registration is any reservation made after the Wednesday deadline and last minute walk-ins. All Late Registrations and walk-ins will be charged $10.00 above the usual program fee.

 

No Shows will be invoiced for the full program amount ($30 members/$50 non-members).

 

Cancellations must be made by 12:00 Noon the Wednesday before a program. All cancellations made after the deadline will be invoiced for the full program amount ($30 members/$50 non-members). The only exception to the cancellation/no show policy is if there are surveyors in your facility during a program.
